Katie McDonald has a bachelor of arts in Management from Wittenberg University and has worked in the banking industry for over a decade. In addition to her role as a Change Lead for Commercialization, she is a member of the KeyBank Aspiring Leaders Class of 2023-2024, is a regular site leader for the annual Neighbors Make the Difference Day, and has participated in Web Tech Corps. Katie is married to her incredible husband, Brian, with whom she has 2 young boys - Fitz & Jay. Her passions include her family, gardening, reading, and breaking down the stigmas surrounding mental health and neurodivergence.
